On October 5th, pupils from 1st to 6th class visited the ruins of the local abbey to find out information about our local area and completed trail booklets.
Croagh N.S. is a green school. We have three flags for recycling, energy and water. We are now working on our fourth flag. This is the transport theme. The children completed transport projects using recycled materials in October. We think they showed wonderful imagination. Well done.
Animal Magic visited the school on 16th June. The snake got so comfortable he even shed his skin!
Fifth and Sixth class displayed their JEP project in the Woodlands on May 30th. The children got to speak with other entrepreneurs and see what others schools had worked on for their projects.
Our Summer Music Recital was held on Tuesday 13th June. It was an enjoyable day for all.

We are very proud of the children who took part in the National Children’s Choir this year. The performance took place in the University Concert Hall on 18th May.
