In the older classes, children can participate in hurling, camogie and soccer teams in competition against other schools. The main aim is to encourage girls and boys to experience and enjoy the benefits of a team sport and meet other students from different schools. Many of our children take part in team sports so have mastered many aspects of ball skills.
Inter School Blitz
Students from all classes took part in the Croagh/Kilfinny Interschool Blitz in the GAA pitch in Croagh GAA grounds earlier in October. They all had great fun, playing various games.
Sports Outings
We had teams taking part in the West Limerick Primary Schools Football League in October. Both Boys & Girls teams played numerous matches and all participated well.
