We took part in the Active Break Challenge from November 18th to December 13th. It was in conjunction with the Irish Heart Foundation who provided both online activities, support and booklets to chart the children’s progress. The challenge encourages schools to take a short movement break every day. All the activities are 3-5 minutes only so easy to implement. Other resources accessed by classes during the Active Challenge were Go Noodle, Danny Go Noodle, Coach Corey Martin, Bizzy Breaks and videos from Exercise with Emer RTE Home School Hub
